Jaiden is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and has focused his civic engagement efforts on food security. His experiences working with nonprofit food security organizations such as the Charlotte Mecklenburg Food Policy Council have furthered his volunteerism and impact across the community under the guidance of the Levine Scholars Program. He has been able to work especially with local food vendors, policymakers, and other food system stakeholders to understand the food system of the area, improve resources, and aid in promoting overall food security for those in need.
