Arielle is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a minor in Secondary Education. She aspires to teach high school sciences and eventually advance to education administration. For her nonprofit summer internship, she functioned as a Servant Leader Intern with Freedom School Partners, a nonprofit that provides summer enrichment for children to prevent summer reading loss. Simultaneously, She served with NC Literacy Corps based at Duke University to enhance her experience with Freedom School. She currently serves as an Activity Director for College Mentors for Kids and the Social Media Chair for Healthcare Justice. Additionally, she works as a Research Assistant with the Cato College of Education at UNC Charlotte, studying talent identification amongst minority youth and the lived experiences of gifted Black girls and women.
