Sindhu Gadiraju

Sindhu Gadiraju, a first-year student from Mooresville, NC, is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and plans to attend graduate school for an MBA. She aspires to aid in technological advancements and instill innovative ideas into a broader mission of positively influencing both local and global communities. Sindhu's commitment to community engagement is evident through her dedication to promoting accessibility to STEM education. She has hosted monthly STEM workshops for teenagers at her local library and has forged collaborations with various schools to foster greater inclusivity for women in robotics programs. Moreover, Sindhu has served on the executive board of her town’s youth council, where she organized community-wide projects to aid in poverty reduction and awareness of environmental sustainability. As she embarks on her academic journey in Charlotte, Sindhu is excited to contribute her passion for service and technology to her newfound community and enhance her experiences by studying abroad.
