Counselor Nomination Process
High school counselors and college advisors are invited to nominate extraordinary seniors for the Levine Scholarship each year from August 15 to October 15. There is no limit to the number of students that can be nominated from each high school.
For school counselors and college advisors that are currently in our system, you will receive an email on August 15 with the nomination form. If you have not submitted a nomination within the past three years, we ask that you complete a short verification form to gain access to the nomination form. This form will be available for the 2025 cycle in August.
