Aug. 15, 2026Nomination and Application process opens.

The nomination form is available online for high school counselors and college advisors. The self-nomination form is available to students via the Apply page.
Oct. 15, 2026Deadline for school counselors to nominate students for the Levine Scholars Program.

Nov. 1, 2026Deadline for nominees to submit a complete first-year admissions application to UNC Charlotte Undergraduate Admissions. Visit the link to review the materials required to complete an Undergraduate Admissions application.
Nov. 15, 2026Deadline for nominees to complete the Levine Scholars supplemental application through the online portal. All recommendations must also be submitted online by this date.
Dec. 7, 2026Semifinalists and all other applicants are notified of their status through the Levine Scholars portal during this week.
Jan. 8, 2027Finalists and all other applicants are notified of their status through the Levine Scholars portal. Finalists are invited to the on-campus Finalist Program in Feb.
Feb. 21-22, 2027Levine Scholars Finalist Program is held on campus.
Mar. 1, 2027Recipients and all other candidates are notified of their status through the Levine Scholars portal.
Apr. 1, 2027Deadline for recipients to notify the Levine Scholars office if they accept the scholarship.
