Ally is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and aspiring to build a career in pediatric or labor and delivery nursing. She is a member of the Association of Nursing Students at UNC Charlotte and looks forward to expanding her involvement in volunteer opportunities through the organization. Her passion for community engagement began in high school where she served on her local school board and founded a food pantry to address food insecurity. She hopes to continue this work by getting involved with food pantries across the Charlotte area. Ally is eager to pursue internships and study abroad opportunities that will deepen her understanding of equitable healthcare and prepare her to advocate for underserved patient populations throughout her nursing career.
