Anna is a biology major on the pre-med track with a passion for orthopedic pediatric medicine. Her interest in the field was sparked by a high school internship in orthopedic pediatric surgery at her local children’s hospital. She is a member of Campus Outreach Ministries and the Helping Hands Club, which designs prosthetics for children in sports. She also plans to expand her involvement in community service across the Charlotte area by volunteering at local hospitals and nonprofits. In her free time, Anna enjoys running and hiking and is a member of the 49ers NIRCA Running Club. While at Charlotte, she is excited to pursue internships and study abroad opportunities that will help prepare her for connecting with others and working in the medical field.
