Cole is pursuing a degree in accounting, with eventual plans to earn a master’s degree in accounting and sit for the CPA exam. He plans on specializing in auditing or forensic accounting. Cole is a participant in EMS club, Future Leaders of Accounting and Operations/Supply Chain Management Club on campus. He also is a member of the Business Honors Program. Cole served as a volunteer firefighter and EMT with the Main-Transit Fire Department throughout high school and continues this work while home on college breaks. He is excited to further his involvement and connection within the greater Charlotte area community through various volunteer opportunities, along with an internship at a nonprofit organization. Cole is grateful for his first summer experience-expanding his leadership skills at NOLS. For twenty-five days in the wilderness, Cole formed a strong connection with his cohort and hopes to learn and grow alongside then for the next four years at Charlotte.
