Frida is pursuing majors in International Business, Human Resources and Finance. She stays involved in the community through helping native-Spanish speaking students improve their literacy skills in English, volunteering with various nonprofit organizations and assisting with hurricane Helene relief. Her enrollment in the Sports and Event Marketing CTE Pathway and internship at the Mecklenburg County’s Office of Economic Development during high school allowed her to develop a passion for graphic design, project management and public speaking—a passion she continues to showcase with the Association of Latino Professionals for America. Frida values leadership and service and as an intern for the LatinX Student Union, she engages in projects that strive to serve the needs of the Latin American population. Frida is determined to not only thrive as a prospective businesswoman, but to continuously impact the community around her and beyond.
