Gracie Bricker

Hometown: St. Louis, MO

Gracie is a student studying psychology and criminal justice with a passion for service, legal advocacy and policy reform. She hopes to pursue a career in law as a criminal defense attorney bridging a career in social impact. On campus, she serves as a Peer Professional at the Career Center, supporting students with professional development and access to internships and job opportunities. She is also a campus tour guide and an active member of the UNC Charlotte Pre-Law Society. Gracie is a member of the Charlotte Harvest Exchange scholar team; her Levine Civic Engagement Project focused on bringing free, sustainably grown produce to campus in partnership with The Bulb. She also founded and serves as president of Reignite: Second Chance Scholars Initiative, UNC Charlotte’s first student advocacy initiative providing educational programming, rehabilitative resources and reentry support for individuals and families impacted by incarceration. Outside of campus, Gracie serves as a hotline advocate at Safe Alliance, supporting survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking. In the summer of 2025 she studied abroad in Santander, Spain, focusing on climate change and development through a cultural lens.
