Jordane Williams is a fourth year student from Fayetteville, North Carolina. He is a Mechanical Engineering major and has enrolled in the Early Entry Mechanical Engineering Master’s program concentrating in Metrology and Manufacturing. His civic engagement interests have revolved around food security and nutrition. With two other Levine scholars, he is currently working toward bringing fresh produce to UNC Charlotte through periodic farmer’s markets. He also volunteers on a regular basis with the Jamil Niner Student Pantry, which serves the campus’s food insecure population.
