Karsyn is completing a major in Political Science, Criminal Justice, and Spanish alongside a minor in International Studies. She is quite involved with her UNCC community, where she serves as the SGA Lieutenant Chief Justice and participates in a number of student organizations. Karsyn has focused her civic engagement efforts on the victims of sexual violence and seeks to create a safe space on campus for individuals to turn to in times of crisis. Additionally, she has volunteered continuously with local nonprofits such as International House and has formed connections with her broader community via internships and study abroad experiences. Karsyn is currently preparing to attend law school after graduation, where she plans to focus on criminal law.
