Madison graduated with her BSN. She is the co-founder of a metastatic breast cancer support program that offers therapeutic activities and experiences for individuals with MBC in the Charlotte community. Through this initiative, she and her team partnered with the nonprofit Carolina Breast Friends and presented their research findings at NCUR 2023.

Beyond her clinical and research efforts, Madison served as the president of the 49er Running Club and an activity director for College Mentors for Kids Charlotte. She has also been a dedicated preceptor for UNC Charlotte for over three years. In the summer of 2023, she expanded her cultural and professional knowledge by studying abroad in Seville, Spain, where she interned at a hospital. The following summer, she gained hands-on pediatric nursing experience as a nurse extern at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
