Natalie Doerfler

Major: Biology and Political Science
Natalie is a biology and political science double major with minors in earth and environmental sciences and public administration. Her international educational experiences include a summer in Spain studying climate change solutions and a semester in Costa Rica focusing on socio-ecological and conservation coursework.
Natalie serves as the Vice President for the Habitat for Humanity UNC Charlotte chapter and is a member of the Charlotte Green Initiative. Her volunteer work focuses on community engagement in environmental efforts and sustainability. Currently, Natalie is building upon these experiences as a Campus Fellow for the North Carolina Conservation Network.
In her free time, Natalie enjoys going for runs on the campus greenway, playing on the UNC Charlotte Women’s Club Soccer Team and competing in intramural sports with her fellow Levine Scholars.
