Major: Accounting and Finance

Nubia Terry is double majoring in Accounting and Finance with plans to pursue CPA licensure. She has gained experience through internships and job shadows in nonprofit, corporate and governmental finance. Nubia contributes to campus life as Vice President of the UNC Charlotte chapter of 100 Black Women and a volunteer with the Jamil Niner Pantry. Through study abroad and service initiatives, she has developed a strong interest in financial literacy, sustainability and community engagement, which she hopes to integrate into her future career.
