Owen Mitchell is a third-year Levine Scholar at UNC Charlotte, majoring in Management Information Systems with an entrepreneurship focus. He is the founder of FanPage, a social media startup, and has earned first place in UNC Charlotte’s inaugural hackathon and third in its annual pitch competition.

Owen’s professional experience includes a data analytics internship that connected the Levine Scholars Program with Sports Biz Careers, a web design and product management internship in Singapore, and an upcoming summer 2025 internship with Invesco in Atlanta.

Beyond academics, he is actively involved in youth ministry, the Charlotte Collegiate Institute and mentorship through LEEP 2 College Foundation, where he supports students in section 8 communities. Passionate about technology, business and community impact, Owen is dedicated to driving innovation and positive change.
