Rachel is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Data Science with a focus on Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies, with intended minors in Chemistry and Spanish. She is particularly interested in the integration of data science and artificial intelligence techniques within healthcare to improve community health. As an active volunteer with Habitat for Humanity and the Ronald McDonald House, Rachel is passionate about giving back to the Charlotte community through participation in diverse service experiences. Beyond academics, she performs as an alto singer with Codachrome Acapella, UNC Charlotte’s premier co-ed acapella group. Rachel continues to seek out opportunities throughout her undergraduate studies that will increase her commitment to community, volunteerism and civic engagement.
