Sindhu Gadiraju is double-majoring in Computer Science and Data Science, concentrating in AI and Robotics. She is passionate about advancing technology while ensuring it creates equitable and lasting impact. Sindhu serves on the executive board of the Association for Computing Machinery–Women, where she helps promote inclusivity in STEM by organizing events and connecting students with industry leaders. Her experiences include a nonprofit internship with Apparo focused on data analysis and HR process improvement, as well as a pre-professional internship at a Fortune 50 tech company. Sindhu has also served as a research assistant, where she explored both computer vision and sparse generalized linear models. She is committed to combining her academic background with civic engagement to explore the intersections of artificial intelligence, data science and social good; she hopes to leverage technology for innovation and community advancement.
