Stephanie Norander

Dr. Norander is the Faculty Associate Director of the Levine Scholars Program. Prior to serving in this role, Dr. Norander served as Associate Chair of the Department of Communication Studies, Executive Director of the Communication Across the Curriculum program in the Office of Undergraduate Education and in Faculty Fellow positions for the Dean and Provost. She is passionate about undergraduate student learning and mentoring, integrating opportunities for student development into both her administrative and teaching roles. As a Professor of Organizational Communication, she conducts research on social change organizations, women and leadership and communication education. Dr. Norander completed her Ph.D. at Ohio University, where she received the Claude Kantner dissertation fellowship.
