Thalia regularly volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and works to build or improve affordable and decent homes for families in need. She would love to study abroad in Rome, Spain, Greece and more to explore classical and historical architecture and gain a deeper understanding of how ancient design principles continue to influence modern structures. Thalia is excited to get involved in design-related research opportunities, join student organizations focused on community development and deepen her understanding of how architecture can serve social good.
