Tori is a first year from North Wilkesboro, NC. She seeks to obtain both a Bachelor’s in Biology and Communication Studies, with a concentration in Public Relations. After graduation, Tori plans to pursue a career in scientific communication, with a focus in combatting global climate issues. Tori is deeply committed to civic engagement and works to make a lasting impact throughout the Charlotte community. Working alongside Plants for People, a nonprofit that provides fresh produce to the Jamil Niner Student Pantry, Tori seeks to combat food insecurity among students on UNC Charlotte’s campus. Volunteering with Dream on 3, a nonprofit focused on creating dream sports experiences for kids with life-altering conditions and disabilities, Tori assists in organizing and fundraising in preparation of dream day events.
