Major: Biology and Communication Studies
Tori is a Biology and Communication Studies major with a public relations concentration and a minor in Earth and Environmental Science. She’s passionate about bridging science and society by turning complex scientific, medical and environmental ideas into clear, compelling stories that inspire action. Tori hopes to pursue a career in public relations for organizations advancing health, science and innovation.
At UNC Charlotte, she launched the civic engagement project Canvas for Our Climate in partnership with CleanAIRE NC, empowering Charlotte high school students to explore the environmental injustices shaping their communities through creative expression. Her global experiences include sustainability research in Santander, Spain, and studying abroad in Amsterdam, Netherlands and Rome, Italy.
